e-PDS is a comprehensive, user friendly solution for the distribution of Free Publications.  This solution has been operational for over 5 years, meeting the various needs of many publishers and distributors.  There are two functional areas:

• 1.  The management of route data

• 2.  The presentation of the distribution 

Since e-PDS is an Internet based solution, the management of route information can be accomplished wherever there is an Internet connection.  Users can logon to the system at the office, in their homes, on the road or anywhere they can get an Internet connection such as Starbucks or any other internet lounge.  The flexibility of the database is extreme by any standard and meets the needs of all distribution requirements.  The processing requirements are tight and the need for accurate and complete data are primary.  In some cases this is overkill for small distribution publications but do to smaller prices this still makes it attractive.  The presentation of the current distributions provides:

• 2.  Line charts with statistical data

• 3.  Various cross-tabs that are able to give greater insights to your     distribution mix.
